Job Description

  • Compensation Management

    • Design and manage salary structures, job evaluation frameworks, and pay equity initiatives
    • Lead annual compensation planning processes, including merit increases, bonuses, and incentive programs
    • Conduct market pricing and benchmarking to ensure competitive positioning
    • Provide guidance on executive compensation, sales incentives, and short- and long-term incentive plans
  • Benefits Administration

    • Oversee benefits programs including health and welfare, retirement plans, leave programs, and wellness initiatives
    • Manage vendor relationships, renewals, and cost management strategies
    • Ensure benefits offerings remain competitive, compliant, and aligned with employee needs
    • Lead benefits communication and education efforts to maximize employee understanding and engagement
